What is a ticking sound? Just got an oil change and a strange ticking sound.

Sticking Hydraulic lifter. What oil did you change it with? It may have nothing to do with the oil at all and just some sludge deposits may have moved up into one of your lifters. You can either go back and ask if they can do a flush of your oil system by continuously pumping oil through till everything is clean or you can go to the parts store and pick up some seafoam and put it in the engine oil.
