Not running right

Hey, I had to boosted it one day, and it seemed to have done some electrical/electronic damage. It damaged my ECU, and I had to get it fixed. I had my ECU fixed, and bought another used one, but I'm still having problems! It's not the ECU obviously, as before it didn't run at all, but since I got mine fixed and bought another one, it runs (both ECUs run the same), but it runs terrible, cant drive it. The things I've noticed wrong are:
P0328, knock sensor
P0103, MAP sensor
And the fan relay and the EGR doesn't stop clicking, even when it's running.
Is it likely that all these parts were damaged as well, and I need to replace all of them, or is there something else?
