I crossed a flooded section due to heavy rain my car is not turning on, the panel turns on but nothing else. what seems to be the problem?. The water didnt get inside the car.

Hi there,
Check that you have no water in the air filter or a water soaked air filter, check for spark, fuel pressure and injection pulse, start here.

You were right the the air filter was SOAKED , the mechaninc changed the sparks , and did oil and filter change. However now the car oil light is on and the car is making a weird noise, usually, when the car use to make such noise it used to be resolved with a filter and oil change, but that alredy has been done. Any suggestions?

Hi there,
i would start with getting the oil pressure tested with a mechanical gauge, and get a compression test done as well, start here.
