No blower fan
1991 subaru xt6 65000 miles i have no fan when i use a/c or heat or anything no power at blower motor i have a new blower relay i wanted to know if thats problem and if it is where is this relay located at thanks

Its on the botttom of the dash center console next to the ignition relay L/side the other side is the F/pump relay.
