2010 Subaru Legacy Computer configuration

Can the computer be configured to automatically lock the door when the car reaches 6 mph? Also would like th key fob to open and close the windows when button is held.

Thank you for the donation,

I feel that this modification is highly unlikely as to the complex nature of re configuring the electrical system, I feel that the original ECU will not be capable of such functions, but as this is a new car and we have not a lot of technical information on this you may get more information from your local dealer, but as I said, I feel that it will not be possible to do this.
