Steering hard

My steering acts normal at standing position but as vehicle moves it gets hard as speed increase. At above 60 kmph steering gets so hard that I have to use real power to manage it.
As speed decrease it acts normal again.

This may be a rack and pinion failing, but a local mechanic should check this out. Check to see if fluid is full in reservoir, but it can also be a bad pump/belt and tension-er.

It is steering is not hydraulic functional. There is motor for it.

Our manual shows hydraulic, but we are in US. If yours is electric then it still should be seen by a mechanic where he can scan for codes. Check all fuses as well.
