While driving straight the steering wheel pulls but wheels don't. It's like the steering wheel is going to the left a touch but wheels don't.

Good morning,

If the front end is pulling, it could be the result of alignment. You need to have the alignment checked to see if the geometry angles are within spec.

Were there any issues with an accident?

How old are the tires? You can try rotating the tires side to side in the front and see if the pull changes or stays the same. Also, check your tire pressures. Low or different pressures will cause tire pulls in the front end.

Front wheel alignment
NOTICE
When using a commercially available computerized wheel alignment equipment to inspect the front wheel alignment, always position the vehicle on a level surface with the front wheels facing straight ahead.
Prior to inspection, make sure that the front suspension and steering system are in normal operating condition and that the tires are inflated to the specified pressure.
