Hey guys, so I bought my self the truck listed above k1500. I have probably only owned it for three weeks. Last week, I accidentally left the lights on when I was at work so basically eight hours straight with the lights on. My friend came gave me a jump and we went our separate ways. Now for the past few days, my truck would just have no lights on the dash or anything when I put the key in. I would have to keep getting it jumped, and I do not leave the lights on and I shut the doors properly. Last night, it did it again, I needed a jump, but now there was smoke coming from near the pedals and what I think it is called the “junction box” was on fire! Well only two things and I am trying to figure out what they are called because my truck has a good charge and it will not start. Also, as you can see in the pictures that big fuse which is unknown, and those two wires, I unplugged it, and the truck started. I shut off the truck after maybe fifteen minutes and now it just will not start at all. I had lights on dash and everything, and now it just will not start at all. Please help! I will give more detail once you guys give responses because I know this is a lot and it was hard to explain.

Hello, I am Danny.

That is your fuse box. I have attached a tutorial and a picture with its corresponding fuse locations for you to match up. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
