Starter does not crank

Battery is fully charged with a voltage of 12.78. Car has not been started for about four months with a dead battery installed.
Hooked battery up and have lights but starter will do nothing, no click either. Radio has nothing showing on it. Dash lights work, headlights, and interior lights all work. Gauges do not do anything but light up.

Hello, I'm Danny.

It may seem like the battery might be charged but you should have a load test performed on the battery to see if it will hold a charge. Also,12.78 is a little low. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved in a load test:
