Car starts sometimes, sometimes it blows #8 fuse. Ignition switch is good, fuel pump and relay are good. Starter relay is good.
Pulled starter had it bench tested and it shows good. Is it possible to test good and still be bad?

Hello,

Fuse #8 blows because there is an intermittent short to ground in the circuit that fuse #8 protects. In the diagrams down below I have included the starting system wiring diagram and a guide for finding short to grounds and intermittent conditions in an automotive electrical circuit for you. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
