Stalling and runs bad

Engine starts and runs for a few seconds then shuts off. It starts every time and it runs good but sometimes it is like it is starving for gas.

First thing you should do is scan for codes. Also check for pending codes. If no codes check fuel pressure and check spark. Let us know if there are any codes and what fuel pressure is and if you have spark or not and what color is the spark.

Sounds like an old blazer I had. I Had to replace the screen on the fuel pump, clogged because of the ethenal.
