I recently purchased the vehicle listed above, ex model, and it has a feature which announces the speed limit as I am driving. It seems to be aftermarket because I cannot find anything in the manual about this feature and I’ve asked on many Honda pilot boards and no one seems to know about this feature any help in locating where the sensor is or what it is greatly appreciated video attached.

Hello, looking through the service information for this vehicle, it is extremely complicated. So, we'll have to start from the beginning. This vehicle has a display for the navigation system and also has a lot of voice command systems, including things such as your phone, the HVAC system (heating), GPS, etc. Is this correct as far as you know? And is this the 4wd model?
And does this model have a rear seat Entertainment screen (Display)?
Rear camera as well?
Theres a possibility that the navigation system is in Demo mode, which is supposed to be shut down before the vehicle leaves the factory, but service info states it may be turned back on at specific auto events to show how the system works.
The Navigation system also has self diagnostics built in, and it can detect problems on its own, and if Demo mode is on it is turned off through the diagnostics menu.

It also states that if the vehicle was left in its Diagnostic mode, you will see this screen every time the key is turned on (2nd diagram below).

From what I can tell there is no navigation system on this pilot. It is 4wd and has a backup camera. It does not have a rear entertainment system. So, the thing will announce speed limit as heard and video. And occasionally it will say "GPS signal lost". Do you think this could be an aftermarket sensor of some type or maybe an insurance tracker? I asked the dealer I bought pilot from and they have no clue. Thanks for any advice or info.

Okay, do you have any controls on your steering wheel, where your right hand would be, and 2 arrows (up and down) and a Sel/Select button? Alot of Hondas have this, and if it says lost GPS signal it most likely has a Navi system, it just might not be set up or is malfunctioning. Do you have a display like the one below? This vehicle has so many hidden type options, looking through all the service info.

If you do have the arrows and the select button on the steering wheel, turn the key On, and use the arrows to scroll through to the service menu (2nd pic. 2 little boxes), hit Select, and scroll to Speed Alarm (3rd pic) hit select. And different speeds should come up, in the example (4th pic) I have 50mph deselected, and 30mph selected. So, if you have this option scroll down and make sure there are none selected.
If you do not have this system, then we will have to try something else, it could be an aftermarket system, but since Honda offers these options let's try this first.
Do you use Bluetooth on your phone with the vehicle for hands free phone calls, I know you just got this vehicle so maybe you have not gotten this far yet.
I'm actually surprised at how many options there are, do you see an Antenna built into the driver side rear side window?

If that does not work, we can see if it's in Demo mode by chance.

That 3rd picture is just a light sensor, on the controls below the display, what does the setup or display button do? Have you messed around with any of those controls yet?
Im going to see if your dash setup matches any other year, its a 4wd correct?

Out of the blue tonight this came up on my display the only thing different is I happened to put my phone on ledge under display screen and this just popped up so I googled and I’m thinking this is an aftermarket device of some kind but it is glitchy the screen doesn’t respond well to touch and the screen will intermittently go away and back to radio so long story short I’m going to contact the company and see if they can give me any answers thanks for any other advice and if you know anything about this company https://www.nng.com/navigation/

It must have picked up the bluetooth or wifi from your phone. Since its a used vehicle its difficult to tell what settings any component is programmed to. I do know that display is supposed to do alot. I looked up the controls you have and it just states they are for a vehicle with no rear entertainment. But I didnt see anything about that software company. NNG

It looks like this vehicle has a subscription-based system that has run out. Honda does that. It's like a yearly payment made for either a nav system or an over the air update system. Going through the Display or Setup buttons didn't get you anywhere? Is there an owner's manual in the glovebox?
