Some time engine become knock when accelatre

Sir I have toyota vitz, from last few days m facing a knocking problem sometimes when I give the accelarator, I change the spark plugs, engine oil, air filter, oil filter also used hi octance, but the problem still remain, what can I do sir?

Where's this knocking noise coming from top or bottom of engine?

If it is more of a rattle on heavy acceleration, scan for a faulty knock sensor.
