Shaking and check engine light.

My check engine light is on and when I get up to about 50 miles and have to hit my brakes the car and steering wheel shakes very bad as well as receiving a clicking noise when I make a turn left or right. Last week my check gas cap notification came on as well. I took my car in for an alignment as well as tire check and was told my tires were fine yet with the alignment still the same problem. The following three codes did come up P0139, P0420 and P0455.

Vibration may be brake rotors if they are still not under size they can be re machined for the codes, the first two are emission related so start with a tune and check for vacuum and exhaust leaks, the third is to do with the EVAP system, start with changing the fuel cap and check for any leaks in the EVAP vacuum lines
