Hi, I am curious on how to remove seized spark plugs that will not come out or even turn. I’ve tried PV blaster. I’m afraid that I’m going to break them off. Could you help me out?

There is no one trick that works on all of them. I attached a video of the most common one which is to work the plug back and forth. Clearly this only works if you are able to get it to start to move.

If this does not work, then soaking them overnight is the next best way. If you did this and it doesn't work then you need to make a decision to either commit to get them out no matter what or leave them be.

If you want to get them out at all cost, that means you need to use a short cheater bar on you ratchet to put more force on it and break it loose. It may crank the porcelain or even break it off but that doesn't matter if you can break the threads loose. Once you break them loose, you will need start working it back and forth as shown above to keep from damaging the head.

Last resort is you will have to remove the head and either drill them out or come at them from a different angle once the head is on the bench.

Let me know how you make out with this or questions. Thanks
