Also, wipers do not work. Not sure if they are related. Where would the fuse be on this car?

Please start a new thread for the wipers, it sounds like you may have a driver's seat position adjustment control module that is not working but it is run by two fuses, #27 or #29 and fuse # 34 in he fuse panel on the left side of the dash. This guide can help and I have included the fuse locations as well.

If the fuses are okay there is a ground for the module, T19 at the right doorsill please check that as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

I thought you meant the fuse box was under the hood, but I will check fuses tomorrow for under steering wheel. But when I bought this car it had a problem with the top, so I fixed the hydraulic cylinder and now the top works. Today I went under the seat on passenger seat, and I found 2 connectors, both unplugged, a small one and a large one, not sure why they were unplugged. The passenger seat moves now. The driver seat when I looked under found the small one disconnected, plugged it but nothing happened. Pressing the buttons does not create any clicks.
