I am trying to find the power and ground path for the license plate lights. What procedure could I try to test circuit? Set a new power feed?

The brown wire at the license plate is the power feed-You can extend the wire to either L/R tail assy and tap into the brown wire there

Thank you I was able to find that both brown power wires and 1 of the black ground wires broke off of what I think is called the male side deck harness plug.

I am looking at the blue wire to tap for the brown wires and tap the other black ground wire for the second license plate ground. Thanks for the fast info.

Took 10 minutes for a parts guy at Saturn Dealer to advise that the trunk lid harness might be what I was looking for to fix the wires and transfer all of the rest.
