Hello recently my drivers side windshield wiper has stopped finctioning correctly. It started with the wiper not retunring to the home position, shortly after that a delay on the driver side made it so the the drive side and the passenger side wiper would collide with each other. Now as I'm driving down the road my windshield wiper will move up the windhsiled of its own accorrd, and usually settles on the driver side mirror, any recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

I never would have realized the lower part of the arm was a cap covering a bolt. Thank you for your timely response, you're a lifesaver, I had to drive through inclement weather, and made it through just fine.
