2002 Saturn SL1 Security light

Car will not start "occasionally". It turns over but won't fire up. This can happen anytime. If security light is flashing, car won't start. If security light goes solid when you turn the key to "run", the car will start.
Usually takes 25 to 30 minutes before car will start with no problems.
Can I disable, or fix this?

Ok there is now way that I can see to bypass this system as it tied into the computer system. What needs to be done is it needs to be scanned to find any codes to determine what might be going on. It could be the passlock sensor or the BCM or? So I recommend that get it scanned and go from there.
