2002 Saturn SC2 car pulls left

I have a saturn that I just bought last month that has been pulling to the left since I got it. I have put new tires, brake pads and checked the alignment which checked out fine.

Could be the caliper piston sticking on that side

More info.
I see a lot of messages about saturns pulling when braking. Mine pulls all the time. Could it still be the caliper piston?
