1997 Saturn SC2

thats really strange so does the car crank and not start?or does the engine just not crank over at all?can u hear the starter click?

When i turn the key the dash lights come on and there is a click but the engint doesn't even try to turn over.

So the clicking u hear is that comming from ur starter?have u tested ur battery with a volt meter when u turn ur key to see what voltage it reads? have u checked to make sure ur battery cables are clean and tight?let me know what u find.

The clicking is coming from the fuse panel in the passenger floorboard. I tried taking the terminals off and cleaned them and I got a good connection to the battery. I've switched the circuit breakers and checked all fuses. Any other suggestions I might've missed?

that clicking ur hearing is ur fuel pump relay.we need to find out where ur power to ur starter is and isnt when u turn ur key.look in ur underhood fuse box see if ur ign3 fuse has power and is good.also does ur dash lights all come on when u turn the key on?do u have a volt ohm meter or test light?let me know.
