2002 Saturn SC2 Repair Question

2002 Saturn SC2 will not turn over.
Aloha,
My 2002 Saturn SC2 will not turn over.
Battery fine
Fuses fine
I have oil, gas and water
While turning the key all lights and power come on as normal then as I continue to ignition-the car****** very very slightly yet the engine will not turn.
Any and all help would be much appreciated

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position
Could be the starter,starter relay,clutch switch and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

Thanks for the response! engine = nada. Slight***** from something trying to turn, but thats it. The starter is my first plan of attack.

Try engaging the starter motor if it turns the engine over-its okay-check the rest above
