Well I got a 97 Saturn SC1, SOHC 1.9 Engine.
And well the problem is that when I drive my car for a bit and then park it. (Its common in warm days) that when I leave it parked for like half an hour or longer that it laggs to start, it cranks and the battery light flashes on my front board but wont start till like 3-6 seconds. I don't understand why it does this mostly on warm weather. I was down in Bakersfield like 2 months ago, drove a 120 mile trip there and well I parked it. The weather was like around 100 degrees. So when I was starting my car to go to the store it really lagged to start around between 3-6 seconds. I need some points here.

If it's cranking over normal speed but just take's longer to start then most likely your fuel pump is bleeding down really common for the 1997 saturn's. You would need to rent a fuel pressure gauge to confirm it was the pump bleeding down.
