Speedometer reading inacurately

1996 Saturn SL2. My speedometer is reading consistently inaccurately. It reads about 10-15 mph less than my actual speed, and at a stop it drops below 0 (it would be around -10 if there were negative numbers). Is there a way to recalibrate the speedometer or is it faulty and I should replace the gauge cluster?

The gauges located in the instrument cluster (speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, voltmeter and coolant temperature gauge) are not serviceable. The entire cluster must be replaced as an assembly.

If there is no trouble code set I would suspect the guage. If there is a code you will need to test the vehicle speed sensor.

Good luck and let us know.
