Saturn '99 SL 1 Idle problem

I have a '99 Saturn SL1 single cam. For weeks the Service engine light has been on & I have replaced the O2 sensor, cam shaft position sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, and the PCV valve. The light is still on and the engine continues to idle low in park. It almosts wants to cut off. At times.

Any ideas>

First thing to do is have the codes read and post back with them. I do believe that autozone stores will scan the codes for you free of charge.
