2000 Other Saturn Models Clockspring

I have a 2000 Saturn LS1 and the airbag light stays on ALWAYS and the cruise control and horn DO NOT work. What could the problem be?

Good chance it could be the sir coil because all those things go thru it I would see what sir codes u have let me know what u find.

Thank you for your response. I had the codes run and it turned out to be the clockspring. The first time I had it scanned, no codes showed, but they ran it with the car running the second time. Thanks again.
