I'm not sure what a fuel flush is. There are a lot of marketing phrses thrown around and terminology that goes askew. If you can find out what procedure they did exactly it may help.

Equally important is when the problem started. Was the fuel flush done to try to solve a problem or did it act up afterwards?

The problem happen shortly after I filled up. The fuel flush was done in hopes of solving my problem. As far as I know they clean the fuel system? It was done at wall mart with an oil change.

If it was mine, I would start by calling the place you had it filled up at and ask them if they have had any problems such as yours, and explain it.

IF no luck, pull the codes from the computer and see what it shows.

How old is the fuel filter?

This may or may not be fuel related.

The filter is in a holder that is on the firewall side, but in front of the driver. Getting to the bracket nuts are tough. I have kept the bracket in place, disconnected thr front connection that goes into the manifold and pushed it through. The disconnected it at the back side. I couldn't imagine it with out a lift.
