Check eng. Light on, car runs fine, computer test shows bad quad driver, fan won't start with temp. Will with a/c, temp. Reading on dash & in computer, replaced, no change

Code 26 will set if an open or short exists in any QDM output circuit
A shorted or open solenoid, relay or bulb can cause a code 26
check resistance for listed component :
EGR solenoid 5-10,000 ohms
canister purge solenoid 20-50 ohms
coolant fan relay 70-90 ohms
A/C relay 70-90 ohms
