I have a saturn L300 that is lossing oil lossing coolant, some mechanic said that its transmission fluid in the antifreeze and said there is no water in the engine but he also said that the problem that I was having was a blown radiator so I replaced the radiator and have the same problem.

So do you have motor oil in your coolant?Or transmission fluid in your coolant? The only way I can see transmission fluid getting in your coolant is thru the transmission cooler in your radiator. Let me know.
