2004 Saturn Ion Starter fails to function when hot
Electrical problem
2004 Saturn Ion 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 46,000 miles
Starter will not turn engine over when engine is warm. Starts up after sitting for 20-30 minutes. Does not happen every time. Dash blackes out when trying to start. Clutch is always depressed when trying to start.

Have your body control module scanned for code's if you have a code B2960 and or B3033 then replace the ignition switch real common problem with the switch's going bad and causing no start's.
