I think that I have blown head gaskets when I have my car in park is when I notice it the most the muffler blows out blueish white smoke but it only does it occasionally can u help me?

Blue smoke is oil and white is water. . .could be a blown head gasket.

Try the below - your local parts store may have it and this will tell you if your head gasket is blown.

Check your turbo unit, remove cataliytic converter & check for oil residue behide impella wheel if really really bad then oil will be in exhaust pipe fitted section.
