my 2003 saab 9-3 randomly doesn't start and the computer would display TCS or traction control failure contact saab dealer. a foreign specialist mechanic replace the battery and abs module but problem persist.
it usually occur in the morning after cold night. Usually when it doesn't start, i would remove the key or clear the display panel and turn the ignition again and it would start. Any suggestions????

Same as my problem but mine doesn't start at all unless I remove a relay and bridge connectors in the UEC. Fault has been diagnosed as a faulty earth between Relay 7 and the control module (595B). Will hopefully be checking mine in to an independant auto electrician this weekend, will let you know the outcome.
