2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question at times wont start

sometimes it will not crank over at all if its the first
cold start or if its warmed up and get out and get in and
nothing happens. saab dealer replaced battery and cables and checked charging and starting rates. once
or twice a day it may do this. what do you think.

Could be one of the following: Starter, starter relay, transmission range switch, and ignition switch

sound like u have a neutral postion switch faulty ,this switch is located on top of transmission under battery ,switch as gear shifter cable connected to it ,get replaced & u r good.
