2001 SAAB 9-3 repair Question compression

The car is in great condition. The compression test results were, 110, 145,145, 150. Is this a concern? It's a turbo

Not really. Get yourself a good injector & intake system cleaner add to fuel tank then recheck after next tank fill up, may just be a sticking valve or carbon build up on valve causing very small leakage in cylinder #1 giving u lower compression reading, try that, then post back after retesting.
