Runs rough or dies when stoped at red light

The car is a 1997 gives a code of number 4 misfire, runs rough, dies when coming to a stop or idling, does it need new fuel injectors? Coils, fuel pump? Any idea? Anything would be great

You already have the idea but that does not solve the problem. You need to perform testing to find out which of these is the cause.

Definitely not fuel pump because it would affect all cylinders.
Were the spark plugs checked?

Sparkplugs were good? When I hooked up to scanner said missfire on cylinder 4 bad injector or firing

Misfiring can be due to various causes, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, EGR, injector, engine compression.
