1999 Other Rover Models petrol problems

i have a rover 400 it wont start the petrol doesnt seem to be gettin through ive had the petrol pump tested and is workin fine i cant find any blockages but the car still wont start what could it be ?

check for spark and fuel at spark plugs .. check the fuel pump fuse and use a voltmeter to check you are getting power to the pump ...also check the imoboliser is coming off !!

there isnt any petrol gettin to the spark plugs the petrol pump doesnt seem to pumpin the petrol through but we have had it tested and was told its workin ok we checked the petrol pump fuse and that is ok to and the imobiliser is workin ok to but if we put petrol down the bores the car will start

check the inertia fuel cut off switch is not tripped .. .. it is located behind the centre console (gear lever/radio) on most models !!
