1998 Renault Clio Automatic
recently wen i go out in my car it sometimes starts to speed up and seems to change gear on its own even when i am not touchin accelerator,it also makes the brakes very stiff and takes a while for the car to come to a slow even speed for me to apply the handbrake because it doesnt stop completely,this happens for about 10-15mins then the car runs fine again but this seems to be happenin more often.i have had the gear cable changed a few months ago due to it bein stretched as the car was stood for a while and got stiff and was fine after it was changed,is this problem anythin to do with the cable?
