Remote Start does not work when cold

My factory installed remote start does not work when it is cold (below 40 degrees). When you press the remote start button, the brake lights and parking lights flash once (normal) and then nothing happens. I think it might be a fuse, but cannot find the correct one.

There is a youtube video that identifies the issue perfectly:

Thanks

Check your battery in your remote it may be weak. If it starts warm but not cold its' not a fuse.

I just replaced both batteries in the remotes, and the same thing happens. Once the car is room, it will start via the remote start.

Then have a pro scan it to see what is wrong with it.
