Code P0456 reduce power engine

My problem start when I changed the cigarette light fuse and after that give me the reduce power engine and the code p0456 the throttle body I change it and the pedal throttle sensor too. The problem continues. If some body knows how resolve that problem let me know because I do not know what to do please.

Good morning,

Did you verify any voltages from the throttle body to the pedal sensor?

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. We need to do some basic voltage checks for this issue.
