I just helped my daughter buy her first car. A 2000 hunydai sonata GLS with the 2.7 liter V6.
The car has a busted windshield, and minor dings and dents. It was a 1 woman owned car, and well maintained. Over an undisclosed amount of time the car was parked. The busted window let moisture into the car and it molded the interior.
After two days of cleaning the car looks and smells almost new.
The car has the following problems:
Airbag light is on: Clock spring connection in steering wheel?
No CEL on, but when I ran a scan for the Airbag I received a P0d00 code:
Engine idles normally, drives normally, no overheating or anything out of the ordinary noticed. EGR needs to be looked?
Some passenger windows work, and others dont.
Randomly randomly turns itself on and off.

New radio ordered
new windshield inpro
car cleaned to remove all mold and stains
Car starts, drives, and stops like a new car. Nothing noticeable on the car in any way to any problem. Coolant gauge read just below half on the gauge and is steady. Engine is smooth at idle and equally under full acceleration.

Possible this code of P0d00 left over?

Prior owner stated :
O2 sensors replaced
New battery
New air filter

Ive been repairing vehicles of all kind for more than 30+ years. But each new model as you all know, is a new animal. So rather than work from experience, I figured Id ask someone whom might have some better experience with hyundai's. Ive had nothing but respect for the brand thus far. The water/moisture intrusion into the interior may complicate things. Nothing worse than chasing corroded connections in an electrical system.

I don't even see a 2.7 available in that year sonata. There is no such code as a POd00 either.

According to the factory service manual, there is no such code or even even size for that matter. The V6 is a 2.5.

P0400 is a generic EGR code that really doesn't tell you anything specific as many other codes do. It leaves you having to test every part of the system to determine what may be happening and then if the problem is intermittent, you may find nothing.
