I was driving about thirty miles an hour and the truck just stalled. I started it back up immediately and then a few minutes later it stalled again. Started it and it did not stall again. I have cleaned the throttle body and the MAF sensor. I eventually just replaced the throttle body with another one. I took the codes from the engine and they were P0102, P0443, P0446, P2106, P0053, P0059, P0135, P0155. Could it really be that all of those need to be replaced or could it be a bad ground? Also, I get very bad gas mileage. Please help.

Check battery for condition including load test most places do for free. Also, make sure terminal ends are clean. Then clear codes and start over you may have some false codes there. Then get back to us.
