Random car alarm going off?

The truck alarm randomly goes off I think the owner before me had the truck broken into because there are pry marks on the passenger door. Could that be the problem?

Yes, so what happens is the door latch could have done bad which included the latch monitoring switch which if it is on the edge of tripping it can give a false positive at anytime. To confirm this problem lock the truck and allow it to sit for 2 hours, then without doing anything with the keys try pulling on the passenger door to see if the alarm goes off. I would continue the test with all of the doors. Let me know what happens.

Nice work, you must remove the door panel and replace the latch assembly. Here are the instructions for the job in the images below. Please let us know what happens.

Thanks, but the problem now is I tried to double check locked it again waiting 2 hours pulled all doors hard, nothing then alarm went off.

Yep, the check doesn't work 100% of the time. So how long after you checked the doors did the alarm go off?
