Hey SEDYE16,

Does the radio still work? if so the unit needs to be replaced due to the screen malfunction. You can get an replacement from the wrecking yard or send your in to be rebuilt to a place like.

http://www.aertech.com/ in Brea California, I have used them in the past and they do good work for cheap.
