Bought this SUV with remote I change the battery, I reset the ford Anti- theft System, disconnected 12V battery to reboot the ECU, reset the remote starter, turn off valet mode etc, etc. Still not working. I'm not a professional Technician or installer but I read it on Google and see it on YouTube sad to say it's not working. Thanks, it's a big help for me if you can guide me step by step on this process. God bless and more power to your page.

Just to confirm this vehicle does not have OEM remote start but it does have this aftermarket system.

If that is the case and this aftermarket system is not working, then that is going to make it a little more difficult to figure out what the issue is.

If this were a factory system, then we could just check the things that would inhibit the system from operating. However, these aftermarket systems do not share these inhibitors.

Because of this, we are going to have to rely on the company's trouble shooting to figure out what the possible causes are.

Please read through this and let me know what your vehicle is doing when you press the buttons. Based on what happens, it gives the most common causes, so we are going to have start with this and see what turns up.

Please let me know what you find, and we can go from there. Thanks
