I have a 2005 Dodge Caravan. The power door locks/ opener won't work. The interior lights come on when I push the button on my key, but the locks won't open, also when the vehicle hits 18 m.P.H. The doors are supposed to lock and they don't. I and several friends have look for a fuse in the large box under the hood with no luck. I called the service dept. And they said there was another fuse panel under the dash, but we can't find it. I've also removed a side panel on the driver's side of the dashboard and there was nothing but a plug connection in there. I've been through the owner manual and it just runs you around, I'm sure they want you to bring it to the dealer so they can charge me an hour's labor to change a fuse. Could you please tell me where it is? Thanks, Charlie

My source says both fuses are under the hood.

The locks not working could be a number of things. But the radio not shutting off and the dome lights not coming on sounds like the switch on the door isn't working. When the door opens the button in the door jamb should "pop" out letting the vehicle know the door is open. Then when the door shuts it gets pushed back in showing that the door is shut. Since you didn't mention the warning light on the dash as being on and the other symptoms your car is having my guess is that the switch is stuck in which would make the car think your door is always closed(which would explain no dome light for that door and the radio staying on). I suppose the locks could be affected because if the door is open and the keys are in the ignition most are designed to disable the switch till the door is shut. Since all your other symptoms are like the door is shut the lock should work, so maybe the button is bad or the lock has a different problem.

The auto door locks will not work inside the car I have to
push the button down on each door. The keyless locks
will not work either, the lights flash but the locks do not respond. The side sliding doors work and the rear door
works with the key and the inside button automatically.
Is there a fuse that need to be changed? Also the doors do not lock automatically when driving. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sue

All door locks on one fuse so if one or two door locks dont work but the rest do work and respond to the switch or keyless entry safe to say fuse fuses and relay OK and would suspect bad door actuator
