Poor MPG had loss of power

When I got it about a year ago it had been sitting for five years one year ago we put new plugs wires and oil change fuel flier and put a pipe though the catalytic converter because it had loss of power and poor mileage and now it has no power. It is in the road because we have been trying to fix it and it does not have the power to pull its self. Please helpful.

Hello,

It sounds like it could be one of two things; first the ignition timing could be off causing the low power. Next it could be old gas which will never allow the engine to run right.
