Hi Linda Maske. Welcome to the forum. A corroded head gasket could cause an oil leak, but leaking coolant would be more likely as it is under pressure once the engine warms up. There are no passages going through the heads with pressurized oil, only drain back passages. Leaking valve cover gaskets are more common. Oil always runs down, so look for the highest point you see oil on the side of the engine.
