2003 Pontiac Sunfire Car won't start

No power to the clock, radio, etc. But when the key is in the door open you get a bell dinging. Could this be a fuse, the computer, the battery? College student and need help. THANKS

Check the battery and connections, you may also want to try to start it in neutral or try to see if it will take a jump, if it takes a jump then the battery should be removed and brought to autozone or somewhere that will test it (its free)
