1999 Pontiac Sunfire Sunfire engine swap

I have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire and the crankbearings are shot. I was looking at buying a used engine from a 1998 Sunfire. Would this engine swap out perfectly? Also the engine i'm looking at buying has a cracked fly wheel so I was wondering if the one from my car would fit on the 89 engine?

It should work as long as they are the same like 2.2L and not one engine 2.2.L and the other a 2.4L or 2.0L. That's where you run into problems. You can pick up a crank kit for abut $500 or less though if you just want to keep your engine.
