1996 Pontiac Sunfire Two Wheel Drive Manual 178, 00 miles

How come after it has rained or in the morning when I apply my brakes the tires lock up in the rear for the first 10 time of applying to the brake and then it is fine. This is scarey and I need help on what to do.

Mine did it when it was cold or wet out but on a nice sunny day it worked fine. Here to find out that it was my wheel cylinder that was sticking. It only cost me about 10.00 for the wheel cylinder and less then an hour of labor. The wheel cylinder is operated by a hydroglic (sp) piston and when it doesnt get enough fluid it doesnt work as its so post to. Mine got so bad that I had to replace my tire from it locking and skidding. Not something you wanna worry about each time it rains
